​Erin is passionate for helping others find momentum in their lives. Through the use of mindfulness practices, effective communication and a healthy dose of compassionate irreverence, Erin helps her clients get unstuck and start living their lives fully.

The skills Erin teaches to her clients have proven to be effective her in her own life, and this fuels her desire to share these tools with others. Her approach to therapy is influenced by her experience with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, her training as a Kripalu yoga teacher and her personal journey with meditation, food & relationships.

Her recent completion of a post graduate program in sex therapy at Council for Relationships in Philadelphia has given her more tools to help individuals suffering from sexual dysfunction and couples struggling with martial/relationship issues such as infidelity, communication breakdowns and general stagnancy.

Erin's keen ability to connect with others easily allows her clients to feel comfortable and at ease in session. She takes her time with each client, allowing space to build trust and rapport, in order to develop strong therapeutic relationships. Erin utilizes a holistic approach connecting eastern with western medicine and believes strongly in the combination of clinical/academic knowledge, spiritual experience and gut-level intuition.

Erin received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from George Washington University and a Master’s Degree in Dance/Movement Therapy from Drexel University.


COLLEEN TORREY

Clinician, Trauma Therapist

​Colleen is committed to empowering clients to heal from past trauma and live their most authentic lives. She believes in an integrative healing approach that incorporates healing the mind, body, and spirit.

Prior to THCG, Colleen worked in the field of domestic and sexual violence for many years as a crisis intervention advocate and a community counselor. It was her work in this realm of mental health that fueled her passion for helping women.

Colleen’s has a strong passion for working with women who are struggling with identity and self-esteem as it pertains to dating and relationships. This includes learning how to set boundaries, speak up for what you deserve and generally navigate the inevitable challenges of relationships. Her knowledge of domestic abuse gives her a full spectrum perspective on the health and stability of relationships, and helps her guide clients to become aware of unhealthy dynamics.

Colleen utilizes different modalities to treat trauma, addiction and generalized mental health diagnoses. Colleen has been trained in Brainspotting, Generational Brainspotting/Somatic Archaeology, and is currently training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Colleen received her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Moravian College and her Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling from Moravian Theological Seminary.
